How are shipping costs determined?
We have changed the way we calculate our shipping. In the past we have used the Canada Post Shipping Modual. Canada Post is in the process of revising this module forcing us to change a few things.
We are now charging a flat rate of $13.00 per order. This cost is not set in stone. We have found over the years that this is the average cost to ship product in a 13x13 pizza box.
Having said that not all orders are required to ship in this size of box and if you are ordering a single ink pad or a single stampset this cost is out to lunch.
So, what we have decided to do, to keep the shipping costs reasonable for you, is if the actual shipping charges are less than the $13.00 we will refund you the difference. This refund will be send through PayPal.
Not very often are the shipping charges more than $13.00. If you order a box full of paper they can be more or if your order will not fit in one 13x13 pizza box the shipping costs will be more also. If this is the case you will be contacted before your order is shipped out to confirm you are in agreement with the extra shipping costs. If you are in agreement an additional invoice will be sent through PayPal. Once this invoice has been paid your order will be shipped.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post - Small Packet Priority mail. Which means if you are in the province of Saskatchewan you can expect 1 - 2 day delivery. Outside of Saskatchewan you can expect 3 to 7 day delivery date. All parcels will have a tracking number, so if anything goes wrong we can contact Canada Post to see where the parcel is. This however shouldn't be a problem. I have been shipping with Canada Post for the past 3 years and have neve had a parcel go missing.
US Customers
Shipping across the border can be expensive. We have two options.
Air Mail - which is less expensive but there is no tracking number. The average cost is still around the $13.00 to $15.00 mark Small Packet Priority Post - This is more expensive but there is a tracking number provided. The average cost is approximately $20.00 to $25.00.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an email from me (Leanne) to see which shipping method you would prefer.

Payment
What are my payment options?
There are two payment options:
1. PayPal 2. Credit Card
All of the payments are processed immediately through PayPal. When the transaction is complete you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Once I receive receipt of the payment from PayPal I will begin processing your order.
Returns
Before returning any product to Scrap'n With Flair please contact me at info@scrapnwithflair.com . If any merchandise is returned before contacting Scrap'n With Flair it will not be accepted.
Only merchandise that is in the original packaging and in resalable condition will be accepted.
Items that may not be returned include:
Paper - Including all patterened papers and cardstock Pens and Markers Magazines and Books Any special order items
Shipping and handling charges are NON refundable.
All discounted and sale items are a FINAL SALE
The purchaser is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Once the item has been returned to Scrap'n With Flair and has been inspected your refund will be issued.
Privacy Policy
At Scrap'n With Flair we hold the highest regard for your privacy. We will not share or sell your personal information with any outside individual or agency. This includes:
Email addresses Phone Numbers Mailing Addresses Or any other confidential information
